Tracy, The Mill of Bel Air
Since transferring from her Whiteford Retail Manager Position, Tracy has stepped into her Accounts Payable title seamlessly. In such a short amount of time she has learned the payable system and the complex ways invoices are handled.
Dorcas, The Mill Crops
Dorcas has always offered her help and continues to generously lend a hand to our administrative team. With a few changes in positions, the team has been in need of extra assistance, and Dorcas stepped up to the challenge.
Emily, The Mill of Bel Air
Customers bring their broken Yankee Droll bird feeders to our Bel Air location. Although all stores have the option to get the parts from the company, Emily takes it upon herself to contact the company, order the part(s) and repair the feeders for the customers.
Emilee, The Mill of Hampstead
This spring, Emilee dedicated her time to learning to bill for our crops department in Hampstead. Her co-workers have said she is fantastic to work with on any transaction and picks up tasks quickly.
Mike, The Mill of Hampstead
Mike constructed two new doors to make one of the storage trailers fully functional at our Hampstead location. This deed kept product locked and protected. He is also designing a dock in the back of the store to provide temporary space while unloading trucks.
Renée, The Mill Marketing
Renée assists retail managers and administration by consistently visiting the six Mill locations and serving as the liaison between the two departments. She continues to offer her time and ideas to help The Mill grow in marketing, customer service and communication.
