The Mill’s Loyalty Program

We love our customers and wanted to thank them for their dedication by giving them coupons, discounts, Rewards Certificates and more! Stop by a Mill location near you to sign up and get started. It takes less than one minute! We guarantee that your personal information will never be used for any reason other than to send you The Mill Rewards Certificates and offers.

FAQs

You can earn points for each dollar you spend!  When you reach 300 points, you will get a $10 Mill Rewards Certificate. You must identify yourself as a The Mill Rewards member to the cashier each time you make a purchase to earn points. These points begin to accumulate with the first purchase. The Mill Rewards Certificate CANNOT be used to pay on house accounts and must be used in one transaction. There is NO CASH BACK for The Mill  Rewards Certificates. The Mill Rewards Certificates expire after 90 days. The Mill Rewards Certificate is void if duplicated and is not redeemable for cash.

Certain brands also offer a frequent buyer program and you can earn FREE PRODUCTS, such as bird seed and pet food, when you purchase the required number of bags or cans! Like the points rewards certificates, you will be sent a certificate for the free food.

The next time you are at one of our Mill locations, ask our staff to register you. It will take less than one minute! The Mill Rewards points start accumulating as soon as you sign up!

There are three options when receiving your certificates and coupons.  In any option, the points are automatically deducted from your account once the coupon or certificate is sent.

MAIL
Once you have reached 300 points, The Mill Rewards Certificate can be mailed to you. This will take 4-6 weeks.  If  you do not supply an email address or sign up for the app, your coupons and certificates will be mailed.


EMAIL
If you give the retail staff an email address when they sign you up, your coupons, certificates, and updates will be emailed to you.  You may also enter your email address if you choose to log in online to view/manage your account yourself (must be registered in store before you’re able to login online). You will receive your coupons and certificates within 48 hours of achieving them.


PETS&PETS APP
Customers who download the APP will receive their rewards and frequency certificates within 1 week.

These certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced by store personnel if lost or stolen. You or The Mill staff can call PetStoreMarketer.com to request a replacement.

Once you have returned the item, the points for the item will be removed from your account.

The Mill Rewards Certificate is valid only on current purchases. It cannot be duplicated nor redeemable for cash.  It cannot be used as payment on house accounts.

How to Download the Pets&Pets APP

Go to the iPhone store or the Google Play Store


Search for PETSANDPETS


Download the APP that looks like:

Click on The Mill logo to register.


Your login will also be the user name and password for the consumer rewards website. 


To register, enter their program ID#, last name and password. If you have already registered on the consumer rewards website with your ID# and password, use this information and you do not have to register.

  • Look up points
  • Redeem rewards and frequent buyer certificates
  • Redeem any other promotions
  • Receive notifications of any sales, events and news

APP coupons are designed for one-time use. Once applied, the coupon will no longer be available for redemption and will be displayed on the phone with the redemption date.

*There will be a 1 day response lag when you sign up for the APP. This also applies to the shopping notification. You will receive a points update on your purchases 1 day after you shop.
