Gregg is always thinking of better ways to serve the customer and do his job. He works tirelessly to connect with customers to make it more than “just loading their product”. One co-worker said “He defines selfless.” A customer described him as “one of the hardest working men, who is great at explaining things and giving thorough directions.” Despite his knee and back pain from serving in the military, Gregg never complains, he just pushes himself harder.
